Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation & Security
To create an account on ok baj, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited. Each user may operate only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, password, and PIN strictly confidential. ok baj will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. You are personally liable for any unauthorised activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must act responsibly while using the ok baj platform. Every service on the platform must be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward other users or ok baj staff is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok baj platform. If any such activity is detected, the account may be permanently suspended and applicable legal action may be taken.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair advantage or attempting to hack the system.
- Using ok baj's payment system for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other automated means to play games or conduct transactions.
- Using or republishing ok baj's brand, logo, or content without authorisation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on ok baj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only approved payment channels may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers.
Providing accurate information for every transaction is mandatory. ok baj is not liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect details. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal. ok baj reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation.
Important Payment Policies
- Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits are set in accordance with the platform's guidelines.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
- Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, additional verification may be required for large transactions.
- For erroneous transactions, ok baj reserves the right to correct or reverse the amount involved.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Ok baj's services are provided on an "as is" basis. ok baj shall not be liable for any temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, server maintenance, or third-party payment gateways. ok baj also accepts no liability for any loss arising from a user's own negligence or security failures.
Ok baj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, illegal activity, or attempting to compromise ok baj's systems. If an account is closed, the return of any valid balance is subject to the outcome of ok baj's investigation.
Ok baj is not responsible for the content or reliability of any third-party advertisements or links that may appear on the platform. Visiting external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
All content on the ok baj platform — including logos, designs, game interfaces, page layouts, text, and other elements — is protected under ok baj's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use this content beyond personal use.
Ok baj may modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between ok baj and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.
